A mindful, holistic approach to workplace safety and OSHA alignment. Over 1,000 curated learning experiences, delivered at a pace that honors where you are right now. You don't have to be ready today.
"The safest worksite is one you've thought about deeply, over time, without rushing."— Safety Help Tomorrow, Guiding Principle No. 1 of 1
Each program is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are in your safety journey. Six categories of self-paced, personalized, certificate-forward growth.
Formerly "Fall Protection." We renamed it after discovering that what our clients truly needed was to feel rooted, present, and connected to the earth below them — preferably from a safe distance.
OSHA-adjacent · 3M CertifiedAn immersive, somatic exploration of what it means to exist in a small, oxygen-limited environment with intention. Atmospheric monitoring is part of the curriculum. So is mindful exhalation.
Awareness · RespiratoryOur signature transformational program. Clients arrive with one relationship to safety. They leave with a different one. We don't know the mechanism. Neither do they. The results speak for themselves.
Proprietary · TrademarkedA four-module immersion into something we haven't fully named yet. The acronym emerged first; the curriculum is in active dialogue with the letters. We are listening to what they need.
Holistic · EvolvingOSHA regulations, reframed as an act of love for yourself, your coworkers, and the worksite you call home eight hours a day. Written safety policies provided, handwritten, for warmth.
Compliance · GHSA full-spectrum safety wellness package: worksite inspections, incident support, toolbox talks, and quarterly check-ins conducted in a spirit of genuine curiosity about how things are going.
Membership · CommunityWe believe that lasting safety transformation cannot be rushed. It must be cultivated, tended, and allowed to emerge at its own pace — ideally before any regulatory deadlines, but also: no pressure.
Words from the humans who have begun — and in some cases completed — their safety journey with us.
"I came in wanting OSHA compliance. I left understanding that compliance is a relationship, not a transaction. Also I got the card. The card is laminated. That part mattered too."
"Flip The Script changed something in me. I don't know what. My site safety metrics improved 40%. I attribute this partly to the training and partly to a general shift in my orientation toward risk."
"They told us safety is a culture. We asked when the training would be scheduled. They said soon. That was eighteen months ago. But we think about safety constantly now. Constantly. So."
Amber-Lee* has dedicated her career to the belief that safety and wellness are not destinations but practices — ongoing, imperfect, and deeply human. She founded Safety Help Tomorrow after realizing that "Safety Help Today" was already taken, and that the gap between today and tomorrow was, philosophically speaking, a rich space to inhabit.
Her hands-on approach means she is often on-site, or at minimum adjacent to the site, thinking about it. She is an IVES-Certified Trainer, an ASP badge holder, an ASSP member, and a BCSP-certified professional, all of which are real things that she mostly has.
*Name approximated for warmth. †Annual dues in good standing. ‡Expires TBD. §Badge is physical and resides in a drawer.
Reach out and we'll get back to you — thoughtfully, intentionally, and within a reasonable window of time that we feel good about.
